-Currently teaching a class for the ASP Program at JMU helping students on academic suspension or probation with study skills, time management, and organization. I also work with three students one-on-one weekly. -Scored in the 680's on both Writing and Reading sections of the SAT, I Scored a 5 on the AP United States History exam, a 4 on the AP World History Exam, a 4 on the AP European History Exam, a 4 on the AP English Language Exam, a 4 on the AP English Literature Exam, and a 3 on the AP Government Exam. - I am studying to become a history teacher and I enjoy teaching history, social studies and all subjects. I think tutoring would be a great opportunity for me to use my skills and to gain experience. - I have taught sunday school, tutored in the past, and work with kids ages 2-17 weekly at Harrisonburg High School. - I have taken 7 education classes at JMU, as well as many classes in general education and over 8 history classes. - I am also CPR/First Aid Certified

Hobbies
I enjoy playing soccer, music, and movies. I am currently involved with Aletheia Church, Campus Crusade for Christ, Intramural Soccer, Kappa Delta Pi (Honors Teaching Fraternity), Phi Alpha Theta (Honors History Fraternity), a cru small group, Roop Learning Community for teachers, and I am from Fairfax County in Northern Virginia.
