I taught English Grammar at an all girls school in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for three months. The children ranged from pre-school to third grade but I can work with older children as well. SAT scores: 610 in both Reading and Writing; SAT Subject Test: 620 in US History I love working with kids of all ages and I am studying to be a pediatrician. I work well with just about anyone - I have five siblings, three of which are adopted - a sister from Romania with ADHD and a few learning disabilities, a sister from Russia and a brother from Ethiopia. Since high school, all the English classes I've taken have been honors or AP. I took AP European History, AP United States History, AP Government, AP Psychology and AP English. (I've also taken AP Statistics and AP Biology but these aren't relevant since I don't feel comfortable tutoring in them).

Hobbies
I enjoy being active; I played field hockey and ran cross country in high school. For the past three years, I have worked at a local specialized running store (Ragged Mountain Running Shop) where I was trained to analyze a person's gait and fit him/her for a pair of shoes depending on the gait. I get along easily with others and am a patient teacher. I would love the opportunity to work with your son or daughter this year!
