-Four years experience in an elementary after school program which required one-on-one tutoring (2008-present) -Three years of summer camp working (K-8th) -SAT (verbal and math): 1190 -Attended SAT prep during high school (offered through the school) -Conversant in German (German Immersion program from 1st to 6th grade with German classes in Middle School and AP German class in high school) -Piano lessons from 2nd grade, plays guitar -I would love to be accepted as a tutor because I have always enjoyed watching kids succeed at school. This is a primary motivator in my endeavor to be a teacher and gives me personal fulfillment. A tutoring position would also be beneficial as work experience as a future teacher. -I am First Aid certified, Heimlich Maneuver certified, Medication Administration Training certified -I have taken classes in all of the previously listed subject categories.
