I have never had any professional tutoring experience before but I have tutored some of my peers informally in the past. I also have a decent amount of experience teaching and coaching since I help coach debate at Harrisonburg High School. My SAT score was a 1450 and my LSAT score is a 167. I came into college with 24 credits and recieved 4s and 5s on all my AP tests (Lit, Lang, Comparative Politics, Statistics, Calculus AB, AP US History). I love working with children and I love to teach. I think that I am a very patient teacher and if a student is ever stuck on a question, I would be able to patiently work it out with them. I also am very well versed in time management. I do several activities including debate, working part time as well as coaching debate at Harrisonburg High School. I am able to manage all of these activities, along with school, while still leaving time for relaxation. I have very strong writing skills and won third place in a highly competitive political science research paper competition.
