I graduated from Rocky Point High School class of 2009 in the top 10% of my class with a GPA of 3.85, I am currently an undergraduate student at James Madison University looking to make my way into the nursing program. It is the second semester of my freshman year and I am currently holding a 3.7 GPA.
Experience
I tutored elementary and middle school kids in various subjects throughout high school as volunteer work. I took AP english and social studies courses that taught very useful test taking skills applicable to not only AP tests but also the SAT and ACT standardized tests. AP English Language and Composition: 4 AP English Literature: 4 AP US History: 3 From past experiences I really enjoyed being a tutor. I enjoy taking what I have learned that the skills I have accumulated and passing them on to some one in hopes of improving there learning abilities. I have always enjoyed working with and helping people. I believe I am very friendly and patient and will be able to become more of a peer to these students then an authority figure.
