My name is Fernando Perez. I am a senior at JMU. I am getting two degrees in Spanish and Writing, Rhetoric and Technical Communication. I have a 3.4 in classes for my major with a 3.05 overall. I'm friendly and outgoing. I like to the great outdoors and the still-great indoors.
Experience
Background---- I volunteer as a teachers assistant at the Career Development Academy (CDA) where I teach English as a Second Language (ESL) and various other subjects (technology, history). I would like to be a tutor becauase: -I am considering becoming a teacher when I graduate so any extra practice is welcome. -I actually enjoy teaching. -I need money. I'm no different from you (probably). Impressive---- -I used to get paid to play music at my local Olive Garden. -I am a member of the Spanish National Honor Society at JMU. -My goal is to learn how to play at least 15 musical instruments (got 5). I'm not quite there yet.
