I am a Sophomore Dietetics major at JMU. I was originally a Special Education major, and truly do enjoy helping others to learn. I am an Honors Program Student, a member of the National Collegiate Scholars program and have been placed on the deans list. I look forward to helping other students to reach their potential! Experience
We all struggle from time to time, but I believe that with the assistance and support of others- every individual has the potential to achieve great things. I am an Honors Student at JMU, but I struggled a great deal in chemistry. I actually hired my own tutor, and my understanding of the concepts sky rocketed. This inspired me to help others and I look forward to watching students faces when they reach the " ah-ha" moment, when they understand something that has been so confusing to them! I have tutoring experience as a writing center tutor at my high school. I was responsible for helping students to recognize grammatical errors, as well as assisting them in learning the guidelines for various research formats.

Weekends at any time, Mon/Wed/Fri after 5PM, Tues/Thurs in the afternoon, Tues/Thurs after 5PM

Hobbies
I am crazy about sports and exercise- I am a swimmer and a runner. I am an ocean lifeguard in NJ. I enjoy activities that keep you moving- ice skating, skiing ( but I am not very good!), etc. I love holidays & my birthday, road trips and shopping!
